Workshop on Advanced Aerial Robotics
Overview
This fall, DRAGON Lab is pleased to host the Advanced Aerial Robotics workshop at the University of Tokyo. Bringing together researchers and engineers, this full-day workshop will cover key aspects of aerial robotics—including hardware design, control methods, motion planning, and onboard intelligence—with a focus on enabling aerial manipulation.
Alongside invited talks and panel sessions, DRAGON Lab will present its recent work on various aerial robots and discuss potential applications in areas such as construction. The event will be held in a hybrid format: in-person participants can join us on campus and take a guided tour of DRAGON Lab, while remote attendees may participate via online platforms.

Audience Members
If you plan to attend as an audience member only, registration is not required. Venue details for in-person attendance and the Zoom meeting link for online participation will be published on this website closer to the event date.
Contributors
Registration is required for those who wish to present their work at the workshop.
We welcome contributions in the form of either oral presentations or posters:
Oral Presentations
Presenters are kindly requested to submit a brief summary along with a 1–2 page abstract via the registration form. Selected presenters will deliver a live oral presentation during the workshop.
Poster Sessions
Participants will have the opportunity to showcase their work in poster format during the onsite session. A brief summary of the poster topic should be provided in the registration form. (Poster presentations are available to onsite participants only.)

Kindly be advised that participants are expected to arrange their own visas, as the organizers are unable to provide support for visa applications.
